Why Heritage Law?
Knowing where you come from helps you to know where you are going. This is your heritage: the things and places and ways of being that were passed down to you. Your heritage helps to anchor you in this world, and you, in turn, become the heritage of the next generation.
In it's most basic form, estate planning is a process of creating documents and plans to outline "who gets your stuff when you die." In its best form, estate planning, is a way of passing on your heritage to those you love. Our goal is to be a firm who helps you pass on your heritage. That's why our meetings are a little longer, our questions are a little more personal, and our service is tailored to you and what you need.
Our principal attorney, Amy Dilbeck Kiesewetter, Esq., is a fourth-generation Ventura County native, born and raised in Santa Paula. She has intimate understanding of the local area and culture, because her heritage is here. She takes great pride in bringing the best in legal services to county residents.
Amy's grandfather, who passed away in 2015, is featured in the two pictures on this page.
